The Großarltal-Dorfgastein ski area is a destination for discerning skiers—suiting all skill levels and tastes, with 73 kilometers of slopes and 17 lifts. 

Großarltal-Dorfgastein is a member of Ski amade—Austria’s largest ski association—with 760 kilometers of slopes and 270 lifts.

With your ski pass, you can enter the Großarltal-Dorfgastein ski area right in front of the Hotel Johanneshof and take a leisurely ride up to the Kieserlbahn! When you return, you can ski straight back down to the Johanneshof!

The Großarl mountain railways operate daily in winter from 8:45 AM to 4:30 PM.
