Terms and Conditions
When you make a reservation, you will be provided with our bank account information in writing.
Deposit:
- For a confirmed reservation, we ask for a deposit of 30% of the total cost of the booked rooms/suite.
- When using IBAN and BIC (SWIFT), a bank transfer within the EU will cost no more than a domestic transfer.
- Please include the reservation code, your full name, and your address in the payment description when making the transfer.
- You will receive confirmation of receipt of the deposit via email.
Payment options:
- Payment by EC card, MasterCard, and Visa.
- Of course, you can also pay your bill in cash.
We’d like to book with breakfast only. How much does that cost?
When booking with breakfast, we’ll deduct EUR 10.00 per adult per day from the half-board rate (children: EUR 5.00).
For the winter of 2026/2027 and summer of 2027, our cancellation policy is as follows:
Up to 6 weeks before the guest’s agreed arrival date, the lodging contract may be terminated without payment of a cancellation fee by unilateral declaration by the contracting party.
Outside the period specified in § 5.5, cancellation by unilateral declaration of the contracting party is only possible upon payment of the following cancellation fees.
Cancellation Policy:
Free cancellation up to 6 weeks before arrival
40% cancellation fee for cancellations 31–42 days before arrival
70% cancellation fee for cancellations 7–30 days before arrival
90% cancellation fee for cancellations made during the last week before arrival
- 100% of the total package price for no-shows or early departures
We recommend that our guests purchase travel cancellation insurance from their respective insurance provider. (The booking confirmation must be no more than 14 days old!)
