Hiking trip with the hotel owners Sandra und Lenz:
We set out at 9:35 am with our own vehicles to the Breitenebenalm from where we begin an easy hike that takes about 1.5 hours to the Großwildalm. At the end of the hike, you can look forward to a delicious homemade Kaiserschmarrn dessert with a topping of stewed plums. Well strengthened, you continue over the Spathalmen to the Ellmaualm from there to the bus and home.
Active program canyoning
With a trained guide you “hike” (swim, climb, jump, abseil, slide) between spectacular rock formations and steep rock faces. The special feature are the numerous jumps of different heights, which can optionally also be rappelled. Knowledge of swimming and a willingness to jump from a height of at least 2 m are required. The meeting point is at 1.30 pm at the active meeting point (cable car parking lot), duration 5 hours. Minimum 6, maximum 12 people. Cost: € 88.00 / person including transfer. Canyoning is for children aged 12 and over.

White water rafting
A 12 km long, adventurous, safe white water trip on the Salzach from Taxenbach to Schwarzach with a professional guide awaits you while white water rafting.
Meeting point: 9am at the "active meeting point" at the cable car parking lot, duration 4-5 hours. Costs including transfer: € 79.00 / person. Registration required by the day before at the Grossarltal Tourist Office, Tel .: +43 (0) 6414/281.
(Note: Minimum participants: 4 people, maximum 16 people, for children from 8 years of age, swimming skills required, please bring swimwear, towels, drinks, waterproof sunscreen. White water rafting also takes place in bad weather).

There we have more than earned a delicious snack and an extensive break.

Meeting point is approx. 5 minutes before the respective start time at the “Aktiv-Treffpunkt” at the large parking lot of the Grossarl cable cars. A tour fee of € 20.00/person will be charged. This amount is to be paid in cash to the guide.
Bring along: E-bike, bike helmet, small rucksack with rain cover, something to drink on the way and possibly a change of dry clothes at the hut break. Cash for the stop at the hut. (Equipment can also be hired from the sports stores in Grossarl)
Activity program - Single trail taster
Training in basic riding techniques, followed by a ride on the gondola to the middle station and descent by bike on the Grossarltal single trail with a qualified bike guide. Only in dry weather.
Meeting point: 09.00 am at the active meeting point (cable car parking lot). Duration approx. 3-4 hours. Minimum age 14 years or existing trail knowledge.
Equipment: Mountain bike in good working order, hard trail or preferably fully, helmet (compulsory), gloves, goggles, clothing suitable for the weather, something to drink.
Requirements: average fitness level, basic cycling skills, willingness to tackle medium-steep downhill sections. Length of single trail: 3.4 km | 388 vertical meters downhill, bike may have a maximum weight of 22 kg for the ascent with the Panoramabahn.
Price: € 45.00 - The amount is to be paid in cash at the meeting point. Each additional gondola ride incl. single trail and guide on request.
Bike rental: Mountain bikes (hard trail and fully), helmets and various protective equipment can be rented from Intersport Lackner, Schuh-Sport Kendlbacher and Bike Sport Panorama.

BERG-GESUND - yoga hike

The harmony of body, mind and soul is the focus of the yoga hike. The experienced yoga instructor Thomas Andexer shows you various yoga exercises during a leisurely hike. This hike is suitable for children from 8 years of age, the difficulty is easy to medium.
The meeting point is at 9 a.m. at the active meeting point, return around 1 p.m. You do not need any knowledge of yoga. You need hiking clothing, hiking shoes and drinks. You can register directly with Berg-Gesund. Guests from Berg-Gesund member companies take part in the yoga hike free of charge.
BERG-GESUND - Get a taste of the via ferrata

You will have your first experiences on the rock with state-certified mountain guides, namely on the Gletschergoass via ferrata in Hüttschlag. Experienced climbers prefer the other 3 via ferratas in Hüttschlag and on the Saukarkopf.
They meet at 9 a.m. at the hiking information board in Hüttschlag. The return takes place at around 12 p.m. The trial climbing tour is suitable for children from 12 years of age, the difficulty is medium. Please bring good gym or hiking shoes, drinks and a via ferrata set with you. Register directly with MOUNTAIN-HEALTH. For guests from MOUNTAIN-HEALTH member companies, the trial climbing is free.
BERG GESUND - PARAGLIDING TANDEM FLIGHT

See the Grossarl mountains from above - you can do that on a paragliding tandem flight from MOUNTAIN-HEALTH.
The meeting point is at 8.45 a.m. at the active meeting point, you will return around 4.00 p.m. The tour is suitable from 6 years of age (mid. 20 kg), the level of difficulty is medium. Costs for a tandem flight: € 85.00 for guests from MOUNTAIN-HEALTH member companies, € 135.00 for guests from non-member companies (excluding gondola ride).
